Join us for Sophie's Steps 2026 at Lukens Park in Horsham, PA on September 27th from 9 am to 1 pm. In-person registration will begin at 8 am. Sophie's Steps is a non-competitive 3-mile event, aimed at showing support for children battling pediatric cancers and their families.

Sophie's Steps 2026 brought our community together for a memorable walk and run in support of pediatric cancer patients and their families. Despite the unfavorable weather, participants turned out with enthusiasm and generosity, helping raise funds to ease the financial burdens of families facing childhood cancer. Heartfelt thanks to our participants, sponsors, donors, and volunteers for making the event a success and honoring Sophie's memory.
